Annuals:

Now is the time to put those colorful flowers in like a professional. Here are some tricks to help your garden succeed:

  • First, lets discuss some new soil for the root system. Potting soil is both necessary and inexpensive and will help nourish young roots as they search for food.
  • Second, lets talk about vitamin supplements. Our local nurserys add fertilizer to each hole as the new flowers are planted. It is very important to maintain this nutrient rich environment when settling the flowers into their new environment.
  • Finally, and most importantly is the life giving water. Annuals love to drink often and need the cooling properties that water provides. The rule-of-thumb is to water new plants daily for the fist week, every other day the second week, and every day or two thereafter.
